| Korksoft's Automated Backup Solution (KABS) nightly performs a full archive on preset data directories and databases as defined by the customer. The data is automatically archived to our magnetic tape auto-loader. Customers may request a maximum of four times per month for restoration of data. Customers exceeding this may be charged a flat fee of $10.00 per request. There is no fee should a catastrophic data loss occur (e.g. hard drive failure). |

| Korksoft's Enhanced backup solution complies with HIPPA Federal Regulation. Backup data is encrypted on your server, compressed and then transferred to our secure backup file servers. These file servers are then archived to tape backup on a nightly basis. Archived tape data is then retained for a period of 12-months. Currently only available for Windows customers. Offered to US-Based customers only due to encryption method. This is a proprietary archive solution, contact your sales representative for additional details. |

| Korksofts Managed Server Agreement (KMSA) includes a preset number of available hours that you may have a Korksoft Support Engineer maintain or perform actions on your server. This includes the following capabilities: install/upgrade of software, configuration of software, problem diagnosis and correction, applying security updates and kernel recompiles. This does not include the following: database design and optimization, scripting, programming or code review. Included with this service is the Automated Backup Service (20GB) and our Advanced Firewall Service. |

| Korksoft Advanced Firewall Service (KAFS) included enhanced protection beyond our basic level firewall that is used to protect the overall network. This product includes a one-time consultation with the customer to determine which ports are required to be accessible from the Internet, all others are then closed to ensure data security. Also included in this service is our Port Monitoring service that routinely verifies that specific services are function properly. These services include: Web (80), SSL (443), FTP (21), SMTP (25), MySQL (3306) and POP (110). Should additional firewall configuration be required after initial setup, a per-occurance fee of $85 will be applied. |

Additional IP space may be issued to customers at Korksoft's sole discression in block of 8. Korksoft does not impose a maximum number of IP addresses available to a server, provided the Customer can provide usage justification. |

| Korksoft's load-balancing utilizes RiverStone Networks LSNAT technology for a hardware based load-balancing and clustering solution. Load-balancing can be implemented in round-robin, weighted round-robin, least-loaded or fastest response. Implementations can handle two or more server, with a maximum of 128 with one or more server being defined as hot-backup servers. The Heart-beat port monitoring ensures that your servers continue running, and if they cease functionality, that server will be removed from the cluster until the service is available again. |
