Korksoft technical support is available
free of charge for all Korksoft customers. When requesting technical
support services please include your username and either server
name / domain name. Korksoft will attempt to answer all questions
within 60-minutes after receiving the support request. Customers
will receive unique ticket-ID's on a per-incident basis for
tracking on both Korksoft's part and yours.
